Convenient location near downtown spots, the airport, light rail 🚈, and Union Station. Close to Convention Center too!

The best thing about this hotel is the nice and helpful staff.

This hotel is extremely noisy, most probably because of air-conditioning machines or ventilation systems working all the time. The result is a very uncomfortable rumble that does not allow you to sleep. Not recommended for travellers looking for quiet rooms.

Check-in, check- out and airport shulltle personnel were all courteous and friendly

Possibly the worst Crowne where I hVe been, definitely not up to the standard: faded place, worn out moquettes, terrible food (Salad was brownish...), restaurant & bar personnel hardly interested: at the bar the waitress did not even come to the table and took the order from the counter as she was busy watching TV...

The hotel was modern and clean. the staff were professional and very amiable, a real pleasure to deal with. - the breakfast was perfect with a wide array of choices. - We did not want to leave there and would absolutely stay here again....

Large, comfortable room

I think that when a hotel is 12 miles from the airport it is not really an airport hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly. The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel offers central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making machines. I enjoyed the mountain view. location. Private parking available. Conveniently located within 12 miles of the airport....  

Clean, warm facility with friendly staff. Breakfast menu a bit limited, but adequate. (Beware the Chilaquiles--I loved them but many American and European travelers would find them so spicy as to be inedible.) Overall a nice...  

Rm next door had two big dogs, barking all night long. I bought and paid for breakfasts in advance. I expected good and delicious breakfast, but buffet was bad, food was dry , there were no toast bread but dried old danishes. There also were many fly flying aroud the buffet. Too many to mention.

The rooms come with a bathtub. Satisfactory breakfast with plenty of options. - Marvellous location at a Crowne Plaza in a nice area. - Quick check-in and on-site parking. - Courteous staff, excellent services, including plenty of great delicacies.

It was farther from the airport than I thought. Nearby restaurants were not great. More like fast food and convenience stores.

Conveniently located close to airport and hotel provides a very good shuttle service. Located just off the main highway in a quiet location close to some restaurants.

Breakfast was not included in the price and we paid $25 extra for this.

The rooms were pristine, nicely decorated, and modern, the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, and the location was convenient.

Overall the staff is courteous and nice. The breakfast itself is perfect and satisfactory and the food is GREAT.

The total stay was great on vacation. All the staff were extremely friendly giving some tips about the city. Our large room had views over mountain. The beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was good in a Crowne Plaza.
